Registration

Welcome to the Transform Registration process.

You have two options. You can register online or you can print the relevant documents and submit them by post.

Option 1 - Register Online

To register online, you will need to complete the following process:

1. Click on the 'Register online' link found in the 'Registration' menu.
2. You will then need to enter your company details.  In the form where * appears information must be provided for that form element or your registration will not be accepted.
3. The Environment Agency Registration Fee will be determined by your turnover. Please enter the total turnover in pounds sterling without commas. E.g. for one hundred and fifty thousand pounds, please enter 150000. We may require evidence of your turnover but we will request this separately if needed.
4. Once you have completed the form and are happy that all the details are correct please proceed to the next page. You will have chance to review the details and print a printer friendly version which you should print for your own records. We do require a signed copy of this form to be sent to us at the address below
5. You should then click on the 'submit' button at which point, your details will be automatically submitted to Transform.
6. A 'Producer Identification Mark' is also required. In most cases this is your brand logo or any other marking you place on the products which identifies your company as the producer of the equipment. This logo(s) can be submitted to transform@biffa.co.uk or can be uploaded by logging into the members area.
7. Your registration cannot be confirmed until we have received:
   1. A copy of your 'Producer Identification Mark';
   2. Your membership and Agency fee;
   3. A signed copy of the registration details;
   4. A signed copy of the agreement;
   5. A completed credit application form;
8. When payment and all documentation is received we will register your company with the Environment Agency and send you a Certificate of Registration and details of your Producer Registration Number.

Option 2 - Print documents and submit by post

To register off line, you can download all the required documents from the registration documents page.  Once you have fully completed these forms please send them to:
